DELIVERY TIME DELAYS
Due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, deliveries times cannot be provided as these have increased beyond our control.
This includes shipments now often sitting for extended periods at postal and customs processing depots whilst in transit or at the destination.
It is of utmost importance that you regularly check your email, including spam, as we will try to keep you updated as best as we can, and this is also reliant on when we are updated by Australia Post once we formally hand them your items.
We have also faced delays with tracking details and relevant updates.
Rest assured that once we receive your payment, your order is processed within 3 business days, however please keep in mind that December – January is also a summer holiday period here in Australia, which can affect processing times.
